Have you felt the depth of the disruption that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought to all levels of society, including theological education?  Do you feel the need to reflect on the challenges you have faced in your teaching practice?

As professionals, we must reflect on our knowledge from practice and this course seeks to strengthen the quality of online education through the teaching practice. This involves examining one’s subjacent beliefs about teaching and learning and evaluates their actual practice before, during and after a course. 

Course Outcomes

This course aims to raise awareness of the importance of teacher reflection in scenarios of educational change and help teachers increase the quality of online education through reflection.

You will have to complete the tasks within the four lessons, evaluating your reflective practice, writing a narrative of your teaching practice, and making an improvement plan. You also must pass the final quiz in the TEST section.
