Description
Innovation is an attractive concept, but as theological educators we do not always have the professional background to discuss innovation and disruption theories and practices. Nor have we always reflected theologically on these issues.
This course on innovation is produced by the Seeds Global Innovation Lab whose purpose is to help Christian NGO’s, foundations, and academic institutions create cultures of innovation so they can accomplish their God-given Mission in uncertain and ambiguous times. This course, is written specifically for theological educators.
Course Outcomes
The goal of the course is to provide a deeper understanding of the need to intentionally pursue innovation for theological institutions, learning what innovation is, why it is important, and what key mindsets are required.
