The materials are drawn from IPAL seminars that have benefitted theological institutions in many parts of the world and from the Langham educational leadership series. This course explores five foundational competences for executive leaders in theological training programs, based on Auburn Study – “Leadership that Works” – team-building, faculty relations, financial management, institutional advancement, and guiding the mission, vision and values.
